Acrylic
Acrylic D-110
Acrylic D-110 has a medium viscosity and consists of small, finely divided panicles. It has been designed for the formulation of environmentally friendly, low odor, interior & exterior wall paints. It has exception of flat wall paints at high pigment binding capacity which permits formulation of flat wall paints at high pigment volume concentration while maintaining good scrub resistance. Thus Acrylic D-110 can be formulated economically in solvent free flat paints compared to competitive technologies. Unpigment, it forms a clear Glossy film which is slightly tacky at room temperature. Films formed by Acrylic D-110 have high light fastness and high water resistance, and they are very resistant to saponification and weathering. They have very little tendency to blush, even if they are exposed to water for long period.

Acrylic RC-100
Acrylic RC-100 is an aqueous dispersion based on 2-Ethylhexyl Acrylate and Methyl Met acrylic Acid esters used on manufacturing protective coating for concrete and emulsion paints with high wet adhesion on difficult substrates. Acrylic RC-100 has a low viscosity. It consists of small. Finely divided particles. The dispersion does not contain any solvents or plasticizers. Associative thickeners can be added in order to obtain virtually Newtonian flow. The unpigmented polymer film is elastic and tack-free at room temperature, and it is clear, glossy and difficult to saponify. The adhesion of coating formulated with Acrylic RC-100 is very good on difficult substrates such as fully cured alkyd paints, even when exposed to water.
PVA Resins
PVA RC-140
PVA RC-140 dries above 17ºC to from a crack-free, flexible film with a high pigment binding power and good water resistance.The film formation temperature can be lowered to 0ºC by the addition of suitable coalescing solvents at levels of up to 3% on dispersion. The usual titanium dioxide and colored pigments as well as fillers and texturing extenders may be used for the formulation of emulsion paints and textured coatings.Non-silicon deformers can be added to the paints in order to prevent excessive foaming.Sheen paints, Deep shade paints, Interior Paints and textured coatings. PVA RC-140 is especially suitable as a binder for the manufacture of emulsions as well as textured coating with good flexibility and durability. It can also be used for manufacture of low cost interior coatings.
